Delivery of your order
Have you ordered something in our webshop? Then of course you want to have that order delivered to your home as soon as possible.
At Heemskerk we do everything we can to deliver your gaming table or package with accessories to you as quickly as possible. We prefer to have all orders delivered by our own driver, this way we always keep personal contact with you and we can let you know within 2 hours when we will visit you.
We can also coordinate the delivery with you and you can indicate whether or not the delivery is convenient for certain days. But because it is not always possible to deliver your package personally, we use the following delivery guidelines:
Accessories and smaller gaming tables
You have purchased accessories from us that you can use with your gaming table, for example table tennis bats, table football balls or air hockey pucks. Then you can expect us to receive this package the next working day in most cases.
Shuffleboard tables have a special size for carriers. Although they are not very heavy, they are very long and not every carrier can transport these types of long packages. Fortunately, we have found a carrier in GLS who can deliver the shuffleboard boxes to you neatly and quickly.
Orders placed with us before 12.00:XNUMX will be delivered to the parcel service GLS on the same working day. If your email address is known to us, you will receive a track & trace link from GLS with which you can track your package yourself.
Unassembled gaming tables
The gaming table you purchased from us is delivered in the box as standard. Will you assemble the table yourself after delivery? We will then deliver the table to you within 2 to 5 working days.
We always try to schedule our own driver to deliver the gaming table to you. He drives 2 routes through the Netherlands (almost) every week (note! A surcharge applies for the Wadden Islands) and once every two weeks in Belgium. We will call you 1 day in advance to let you know what time we expect the driver to be with you to deliver the package.
If it is not possible to schedule your order in one of our driver's routes, for example because he is in another part of the country, we will send the table with the DutchNed company. DutchNed will also contact you by telephone or e-mail about the delivery.
Assembled gaming tables
If you choose to have your gaming table assembled by us, the delivery time is slightly longer than normal, namely 2 to 10 working days.
An assembled gaming table is more vulnerable to damage during transport, which is why we will always deliver these tables to you ourselves. Of course we will also contact you one day in advance to let you know what time our driver will visit you.
Deliveries outside the Netherlands and Belgium
Do you not live in the Netherlands or Belgium, but do you still want to buy a gaming table or shuffleboard? That is no problem at Heemskerk. Shuffleboards can be delivered within the EU within 5 to 10 working days with GLS. For the current shipping costs, please contact our customer service.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver shuffleboard tables outside the EU. We do have different ones dealers outside the EU who can send the shuffleboard to you.
You can always arrange transport of a gaming table to a non-EU country yourself. The table can then be collected from us, or we will send the table to the correct carrier.
